Job Description Inventory Control Clerk$24/hr. - $26/hr.7:00am - 4:00pmMon - Fri + OT Aerospace manufacturing company in Inglewood is seeking experienced inventory control clerks to join their team! Must have experience with manufacturing inventory management, kitting materials for production, and ERP software. Must have experience with aerospace manufacturing environment This position will be ensuring that production inventory is accurate, complete and safeguarded. This individual must be detail-oriented and well organized. They need strong clerical skills to help them with their organizational and recording responsibilities.DutiesAccurately document the quantity and quality of inventoryReceive, unpack, and deliver goods; re-stock items as necessary; label shelvesProcess and document return to stock as required, following established proceduresTransfer inventory to its appropriate stock location the same day as receivedAble to reconcile stock counts to report dataPerform physical count of inventory and perform reconciliation with actual available stockOperate both manual and computerized inventory systems to punch in values of goods and equipmentUpdate inventory records with new information on a constant basisInvestigate inventory errors and perform corrective measuresAssist in conducting efficient inventory checks from start to finish with the goal of minimizing adjustmentsPrepare inventory reports as directedFollow guidelines for proper storage and handling of all inventories, including chemicalsMaintain physical condition of all inventory locations to ensure safety and minimize lossPrepare kits for assembly through pick lists and production routersAdhere to EH&S and FOD policies and proceduresAble to analyze and solve problems with a proactive attitudeAble to prepare routine administrative paperworkPerform inventory transactions in ERP systemSupport material transfer/movement between receiving, inspection, stockroom, manufacturing and shipping as applicable Job Requirements - consist of education, skills, training, and competency of Internal Procedures listed and Associated DocumentsHigh school diploma or GEDAt least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn our operating software in detailFamiliar with an integrated ERP software preferred (e.g. SAP)Database management skillsAbility to operate a forklift, if applicableMust be able to lift up-to 35 lbs.Must be able to read/write/speak in EnglishCompany DescriptionMarquee Staffing has built a reputation on expert local market knowledge, unparalleled personalized service and the ability to deliver winning candidates and job opportunities.Marquee operates offices located conveniently throughout Southern California.
