Industry leading benefits include competitive wages, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) for all employees.\n\nConstruction Laborer Daily Life\n\nWork outside in various weather conditions, both hot and cold.\nWalk, stand, twist, bend, and stoop for entire shift.\nFollow instructions of Foreman and Superintendent while working in a team setting.\n40-hour work week with possible overtime.\n\nConstruction Laborer Must Haves\n\nReliable transportation.\nAt least one year of experience as a Construction Laborer.\nKnowledge of common safety practices on a construction site.\nTeam player.\nAuthorized to work in the US.\n\nConstruction Laborer Nice to Haves\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\nSome experience operating construction equipment (skid steer, telehandler, backhoe) or willingness/aptitude to learn to operate.
