Assembly TechnicianPay: $19.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 5:30AM start with overtime!Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, building quality products, and taking pride in precision work? We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with assembly or manufacturing experience who enjoy a hands-on role in a clean, safety-focused environment.What You'll DoAssemble products by following detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.Use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and effectively.Perform intricate assembly tasks requiring strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality standards are met.Test completed products to verify proper function and identify defects.Track and maintain inventory of parts, materials, and tools used during assembly.Accurately complete assembly records, quality checks, and production documentation.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols.Assist with additional duties as needed to support production goals.Safely lift and handle materials, including cords and components weighing up to 50 pounds.What We're Looking ForPrevious assembly, manufacturing, production, or related experience preferred.Strong hand strength and fine motor skills.Ability to read and follow detailed instructions and technical drawings.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to distinguish depth, dimensions, and colors accurately.Comfortable lifting, carrying, and manipulating materials up to 50 pounds.Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.Why Join The Team?Consistent first-shift schedule with weekends off.Competitive pay at $19.00 per hour.Hands-on work where your skills directly contribute to the quality of our products.Team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and success.
