Title Processor Arlington, VA| $70,000–$90,000 salary plus commissions ($86,000–$114,000+ OTE first year)About the Opportunity We’re partnering with a well-established title/real estate services firm that supports high-volume residential closings. Their team is expanding and they’re hiring a Title Processor who can keep files moving, stay organized under pressure, and communicate clearly with lenders, clients, and internal partners.This role is best for someone who likes fast-paced, deadline-driven work, enjoys owning multiple files at once, and takes pride in getting every detail right from contract to closing. If you’ve been working in title and want a stable, steady pipeline where your organization and accuracy actually matter, this is a strong opportunity.What You’ll Be DoingSend complete title packages to lenders in a timely, accurate mannerPerform title curative work, including obtaining payoffs and resolving outstanding itemsOrder and track HOA information and required documentationPrepare title and settlement documents to support closingsPrepare Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements in coordination with lendersBalance files prior to closing to ensure all figures, documents, and requirements are completeRespond professionally and efficiently to inquiries regarding the closing processHandle filing, scanning, and administrative support tasks as neededMonitor and manage a general email inbox, ensuring requests are routed and addressed quicklyWhat They’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma required; college degree preferred2+ years of experience in title and/or real estate processingWorking knowledge of Closing Disclosure documents preferredProven ability to handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesStrong knowledge of Qualia preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsPositive, team-first mindset with strong customer service instinctsHighly detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and switch between files throughout the dayWhy You’ll Love It ThereConsistent, steady workflow with a team that relies on strong process and communicationDirect impact on getting deals to the finish line—your work keeps closings on trackStable Monday–Friday onsite schedule with clear expectations and day-to-day structure MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
