This role ensures work is clearly defined, prioritized, built, and delivered to drive measurable value for participants, MOBE Care Teams, and our business overall. The Senior Product Owner ensures AI-enabled capabilities are designed responsibly, validated against measurable outcomes, and aligned with organizational, regulatory, and ethical standards. This role translates strategy into action which includes stakeholder management, managing the backlog, guiding day-to-day development, and ensuring high-quality releases.Responsibilities:Oversee a defined product area or feature set across participant and/or internal experiencesDefine user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for product area based on overall product roadmapDrive MVP definition, iterative release strategy, and ongoing feature nurturing while balancing immediate and long-term needsPartner cross-functionally (Technology, Clinical, Operations, Program Development, Marketing) to drive delivery and provide clear communication to manage expectations and progressIdentify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics within assigned product domains to improve employee/participant outcomes, operational efficiency, and business performanceContribute to AI product strategy by developing hypotheses, evaluating emerging technologies, and recommending opportunities for adoptionLead features from definition through build, release, and ongoing optimizationMaintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure work is well-defined and ready for development. Use AI-enabled tools to improve backlog management, requirements development, product analysis, testing, and delivery efficiencyDrive Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviewsProvide real-time clarification and decision-making during developmentDesign and execute experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to validate if features deliver intended outcomesEnsure delivered work aligns to participant/Care Team needs, business goals, and outcomesMonitor performance for defined features and ensure long-term performanceUse data and user feedback to identify issues, inform prioritization, and drive continuous improvement. Generate and share recurring reports on product performancePartner in QA and lead UAT to ensure release readiness and qualityValidate launch readiness and resolve defects, usability issues, and gapsCommunicate releases and key updates to stakeholdersContribute to product discovery by bringing forward insights, hypotheses, and opportunities within your domainMentor Product Owner peersContinuously evaluate and improve product development processes, tools, and workflows to increase team efficiency, transparency, and quality of deliveryOther projects as assignedQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field7 years of experience in product ownership, product management, business analyst, or similar rolesExperience using AI-powered tools to support product management, analysis, workflow optimization, or software deliveryUnderstanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and automation concepts to effectively partner with technical teamsStrong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with hands-on experience managing backlogs and leading sprintsStrong capability to write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret dataExcellent communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders, from technical teams to senior business leaders.
