Job Description Job SummaryWe're looking for a dependable Facilities & Janitorial Associate to help keep our distribution center clean, safe, and organized. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining offices, warehouse spaces, breakrooms, restrooms, and outdoor areas so that employees and visitors can work in a clean, comfortable environment.This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety.Pay: $19.31/hr.Shift: 6am-2pm OR 6:30am-2:30pmAny additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.What You'll DoClean and maintain offices, warehouse areas, restrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spacesVacuum, sweep, mop, wax floors, and clean windows, doors, and common areasEmpty trash and recycling containers throughout the facilityRestock paper products, soap, cleaning supplies, and other consumable itemsMaintain inventory of janitorial supplies and equipmentClean tables, counters, appliances, vents, and other facility surfacesPerform minor painting and basic facility upkeep as neededHelp keep parking lots, entrances, and exterior areas clean and free of debrisCross-train with the maintenance team to assist with minor maintenance tasks when neededFollow all company safety procedures and use equipment properlySupport other facility-related duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredCandidate must be able to pass a comprehensive background check6 months to 1 year of janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, warehouse, or facility maintenance experienceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanlinessAbility to communicate effectively and follow instructions in EnglishReliable attendance and a positive attitudePhysical RequirementsFrequently stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and lift throughout the workdayRegularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 poundsAbility to safely operate cleaning equipment and facility toolsAbility to complete equipment operator training and operate equipment according to company safety standardsMust be able to maintain awareness of surroundings and follow all safety requirementsWork EnvironmentThis role involves working in a warehouse and office environment with regular exposure to cleaning chemicals, dust, noise, and changing temperatures.
