The platform establishes and maintains a repository of resident space objects (RSOs), identifies objects of interest, and delivers critical data to ground operators.\r\nYou'll play a key role in developing user interfaces that make complex space and sensor data accessible and actionable, working alongside a team leveraging programmatic expertise, sensor modeling, and systems engineering to deliver a world-class SDA capability.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nDesign and develop dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Vue.js\r\nBuild reusable UI components and maintain consistency across applications\r\nTranslate wireframes, mockups, and design systems into high-quality code\r\nCollaborate with UX/UI designers to refine user workflows and interactions\r\nIntegrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and backend services\r\nOptimize UI performance and initial load times\r\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to front-end/UI best practices\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues in production environments\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field\r\n5+ years of experience in user interface development\r\nProficiency in Vue.js\r\nExperience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS\r\nUnderstanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles\r\nExperience integrating with RESTful APIs\r\nExperience with version control systems (Git)\r\nAbility to work onsite in Chantilly, VA\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with modern build tools and deployment pipelines\r\nKnowledge of UI testing frameworks\r\nExposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\r\nWhat You'll Bring\r\nA strong eye for visual detail, layout, and user experience\r\nPassion for creating intuitive and aesthetically polished interfaces\r\nWell-tested, maintainable code\r\nAbility to balance design fidelity with technical performance\r\nStrong collaboration and communication skills across geographically distributed team\r\nA proactive mindset and attention to continuous UI improvement\r\nPosition Clearance Requirement:\r\nTS/SCI with CI Poly\r\nPlease be aware many of our positions require the ability to obtain or maintain a U.S security clearance which requires U.S citizenship.\r\nWe Win With Inclusion\r\nNS2 Mission's culture of inclusion, focus on health and well-being, and flexible working models help ensure that everyone regardless of background feels included and can run at their best.
