Please note that we are only considering direct W2 candidates at this time, as we are unable to offer sponsorship.\nResponsibilities:\n\nLead end-to-end development of scoped ServiceNow applications, from design through deployment and testing.\nDesign and implement secure system architectures and data models to support scalable application delivery.\nDevelop and maintain automated test suites to ensure quality, reliability, and regression coverage.\nIntegrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST-based APIs and data transformation pipelines.\nBuild custom user interfaces where out-of-the-box capabilities fall short, ensuring performant and intuitive UX.\nAnalyze, debug, and optimize ServiceNow performance while enforcing platform security standards.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with product and reporting goals.\nInternal Responsibilities:\n\nAttend regular internal practice community meetings.\nCollaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.\nComplete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).\nBuild out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.\nAttend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).\nWork with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.\nRequired Qualifications and Skills:\n\n3–5 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow development.\nDemonstrated experience delivering complete, production-grade applications within ServiceNow.\nSignificant experience building complex user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Next.js, or similar).\nProven experience implementing REST-based APIs to and from ServiceNow applications.\nExtensive scripting experience with Glide, AJAX, and Jelly Script.\nExperience creating and securing scoped applications within ServiceNow, including data isolation.\nExperience integrating ServiceNow with relational database systems.\nTest automation experience.\nSystems architecture design experience.\nNative English proficiency and availability in a US-friendly time zone.\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills:\n\nAdvanced proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.\nExperience with recent versions of ServiceNow.\nKnowledge of structured databases (PostgreSQL preferred).\nExperience with AngularJS, Angular, and Node.js.\nStrong proficiency using AI tools to accelerate ServiceNow development workflows.\nKnowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including Git for version control and Jenkins for CI/CD.\nEducation:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required.\n\nCompany Description\nAbout itD: We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
