Ensures that resolution is achieved and accepted by all partners.\nInvolved in and participates with overall project closeout, including document archival, maintenance and warranty manuals, deficiencies, and warranty work.\nQualifications\n1-3 years of construction experience in an operational role preferred.\nAssociates or bachelor’s degree in a related subject area: construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.\nVerified understanding about construction equipment and techniques, drawings and specifications, project health, safety, and environment (HSE), quality, building materials, and required standards as per field.\nAbility to apply basic engineering/problem solving principles to construction challenges.\nEffective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.\nDemonstrates flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.\nPlanning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize own work and delegate simple tasks.\nAbility to build a comprehensive schedule.\nAbility to coordinate subcontracts and contract documents.\nShown understanding in Microsoft Office Suite and internal operational systems with a strong ability to embrace new technology.\nThe estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $116,500, based on your experience and qualifications.
