Brokerage Consultant Administrator

Job Description Benefits Administrator Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (Depending On Experience) + Quarterly Profit Sharing Job Summary We are looking for a service-driven Benefits Administrator to help our clients manage group insurance and retirement plans (401k, 403b, etc.). You will act as a subject matter expert, navigating market trends and legislative changes to provide high-level support to HR managers and their employees. Key Responsibilities Plan Analysis : Learn and evaluate diverse product features across medical, dental, life, disability, and retirement plans. Proposals & Renewals: Manage the bidding process with vendors and create Summary Plan Comparisons to help clients select the best features and pricing. System Management: Set up and maintain online benefits administration systems, handling day-to-day operations for client accounts. Client Advocacy: Serve as a primary contact for client HR teams and employees, explaining complex benefits to ensure they are understood and valued. Collaboration: Partner with a dedicated internal team to ensure seamless client service. Qualifications Education: College degree + 2 years of work experience (or HS Diploma + 4 years of experience). Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding of group insurance and employer-sponsored retirement plans including differentiating factors that impact client appreciation. Technical Experience: At least 1 year of experience with online benefits systems (Employee Navigator preferred), including manual data management without payroll integration. Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with organized, team-based digital filing. Soft Skills: Strong analytical abilities paired with a positive, professional communication style. Why Join Us?
