Job Title: Registered Nurse for – Med/Surg, ICU, ER, PCU, Telemetry, Labor & Delivery, CVICU Location: Wichita, KS, 67214 Shift: 3x12 Day and Night shifts available Pay Rate: $50–$60 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being of patients, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver effective treatment plans. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, medication administration, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for any adverse reactions. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing. Skills Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices. In-depth understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Proficient in medication administration techniques and protocols. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while prioritising patient needs.
