We think big, building innovative CRM features that empowers our sales teams' success. We are a collaborative group with a mix of native mobile, data, API / platform, and front-end skills, and we are working to drive our company's future with our proprietary CRM system. This position is located in Richmond, VA and offers a schedule of Monday to Thursday in office and the option to work from home on Friday.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nParticipate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions aligned with business goals.\r\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack (.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, MSSQL).\r\nImplement and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas for performance.\r\nImplement solutions using modern architecture paradigms including microservices, domain-driven design (DDD), and event-driven systems.\r\nGuide teams in adopting best practices in .NET Core, C# and SQL.\r\nEnsure adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding standards.\r\nDevelop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate new tools and frameworks.\r\nTake full ownership of your work, from development and testing to eventual deployment and support in production.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.\r\nParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to incremental delivery and continuous improvement.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's Degree required from an accredited, not for profit, in-person university or college.\r\n4+ years of professional experience in software development, including but not limited to C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core.\r\nStrong experience with MS SQL Server, including relational database design and performance tuning.\r\nExpertise in database design, complex T-SQL programming, performance tuning and index analysis.\r\nFamiliarity with microservices architecture and containerization using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.\r\nExperience with AWS or similar cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.\r\nA track record of commitment to previous employers.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience in unit, performance and automation testing.\r\nExperience with NoSQL databases and API Gateway technologies.\r\nUX/UI experience with modern frameworks like React is a plus.\r\nExperience with Identity & Access Management, like OAuth, JWT.\r\nExposure to serverless computing and event-driven architectures.\r\nKnowledge of advanced SSIS concepts to handle complex tasks like importing large files, loading data in a database, etc.\r\nWhat's in it for you?\r\nWhen you join CoStar Group, you'll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.\r\nWe offer generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
