Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Logistics AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to support operations at our client's distribution center. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to two years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations. The analyst will be responsible for verifying inbound deliveries against purchase orders to ensure accuracy and support continuous improvement in inventory and fulfillment processes.Key Responsibilities:Review and validate incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation.Identify and document discrepancies such as overages, shortages, or damaged goods.Collaborate with warehouse staff and procurement teams to resolve delivery issues.Maintain accurate records of delivery audits and generate reports for internal stakeholders.Support process improvement initiatives to enhance delivery accuracy and operational efficiency.Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery and inventory accuracy.Skills:LogisticsData entrySupply chainERPMicrosoft ExcelAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management systems.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced distribution environment.Preferred Qualifications:Internship or co-op experience in a logistics or warehouse setting.Familiarity with ERP or WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
