communicate with Vocational Rehabilitation Coordinator regarding client behavior and productionProvides simple job modifications to enable independent functioning on job or in trainingAbility to learn agency function and production proceduresAssist in performing de-escalation techniques for client behavior when necessary.Provide quality control of program clients' work on an hourly basisAssist with planning and coordinating production programming, including scheduling of specific pieces to be produced for Piper, Designing a Difference and/or other vendor projectsAssist with planning and coordination of events, including weekly workshops toward job building and retentionAbility to establish and maintain rapport with clientsAbility to elicit and disseminate informationResearch community resources towards obtaining employmentCollaborate with VRC, Peer Intern, and program participants to determine necessary training for participantsGuide & assist participants with developing workplace skills (e.g. effective communication with coworkers, navigation of the work environment); communicate participant accommodation needs to VRCParticipate in staff meetings, in-service training and other staff development activities.Proactively identify tasks to effect optimal program operations.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Required Qualifications:At least 2 years of direct, personal lived experience with the community behavioral health system, preferably in San Francisco.HS diploma;
