PM will be required to provide accurate and timely reports, program management reviews, weekly meetings, maintenance of schedules and technical documentation; as well as ensuring delivery of exceptional performance while maintaining positive customer relations.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nPrimary responsibility for all aspects of contract execution. The Program Manager will be responsive to and coordinate closely with the United States Government to ensure effective contract management.\nDirect supervision and leadership of up to 35 employees, including Deputy PM, Site Leads, Network Engineers, WIDS Specialists, Installation Engineers, and functional support (Finance, GSCM, etc)\nManagement of corporate relationship with WIDS vendors/support.\nActive knowledge of the customer Assessment & Authorization (A&A) process, and experience ushering a program through the entire Authorization to Operate (ATO) process.\nObtain and maintain the ATO for the new WIDS system.\nResponsible to manage shift schedules and arrange for backfill during PTO/unplanned absences.\nLeverage opportunities for new business development and seek to expand within current customer base.\nResponsible for program budgets and costs, program funding and program financial reporting. Keep expenses and costs within negotiated parameters.\nImprove cost effectiveness of program.\nDevelop procedures to increase performance by implementing sound quality management processes.\nMonitor program’s progress against the contract and organizational goals and objectives and ensure they are consistently and adequately met.\nProvide operational oversight.\nServe as the main point of contact for the COR and participate in regular COR meetings.\nDrive customer satisfaction with on-time delivery, exceptional performance, and 100% accountability.\nAddress contractual and technical programmatic issues.\nServe as program SME for expert guidance on which projects and procurements are the most critical and most time sensitive.\nAttend customer meetings to discuss program and contractual issues.\nWork Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: Office Setting, but may be required to install sensors and wiring, which requires climbing ladders and lifting up to 20 lbs.\nMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):\nWorking/active knowledge of Wireless Intrusion Detection Systems and TSCM capabilities.\nCurrent IAM Level III certification, as referenced in ND 50-05 or replacement.\nCurrent PMP certification.\nAbility to travel worldwide.\nExperience with the A&A Process and customer ATO requirements.\nExperience and knowledge of SCIF penetration regulations, specifically in regards to copper, fiber, and antennas.\nSecurity Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Poly\nMinimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree\nMinimum Years of Experience:\n10 years of experience managing personnel\n(Bachelors Degree + 8-10 years experience); (Masters Degree + 6-8 years experience); (PhD + 3-5 years experience)\nSeven (7) years of experience managing personnel across multiple functional areas and a full range of contract and finance support functions.\nSeven (7) years of experience in technical project management.\nRequired Certifications:\nCurrent IAM Level III certification, as referenced in ND 50-05 or replacement.\nCurrent PMP certification.\nPreferred Qualifications: Current CISSP certification.\nThis position [is not] designated as a safety sensitive position.\nAs part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, Amentum is a drug-free workplace and requires all personnel to comply with company drug and alcohol policies as a condition of employment.
