Job Description Office Manager - Psychiatric ClinicGilbert, AZ$60,000 TO 65,000 (DOE)Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday - Flex day - 10-2 pm some times.Summary:This is a high-ownership operations role reporting directly to the CEO. You are the integrator — translating leadership vision into daily execution across a multidisciplinary team. You will own patient flow, clinical operations, staff supervision, billing oversight, and scheduling. Growth initiatives are handled separately; your lane is making sure this clinic runs cleanly, profitably, and at a high standard every single day.This is not a passive office manager position. If you thrive on turning chaos into clarity, building systems that stick, and holding teams accountable — this role was built for you.Duties:-Clinical Operations & Patient Flow-Staff Supervision & Culture-Billing, Insurance & Revenue OversightQualifications:Demonstrated experience managing a psychiatric or behavioral health clinic — required, no exceptionsProficiency in AdvancedMD EHRStrong command of Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, Teams, OutlookExperience with insurance portals (UBH/Optum, Cigna, TriWest/VA, BCBS)Payroll submission experienceReport generation and operational data analysisFinancially literate — understands margins, payroll ratios, and overheadAssertive, clear communicator who can manage up, down, and laterallyHigh standards for accountability; comfortable having difficult conversationsPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Go High Level CRMExperience in REMS-certified treatment environmentsBackground in interventional psychiatry: TMS, Spravato, or IV KetaminePrior authorization experience for specialty medicationsExperience in multi-location or scaling clinic environmentsBonus: Quarterly performance bonus tied to clinic profitabilityCompany DescriptionAPN Staffing and Employment Solutions is a recruiting firm specialized in working with clients and candidates in the healthcare and automotive industry.
