Participate in training and certification programs supported by HumanIT Solutions.\nCareer Growth:\nTake advantage of mentorship and development opportunities to build senior-level architectural, technical, and managerial skills\nWHAT WE REQUIRE:\nMinimum Qualifications:\nClearance Level:\nActive Secret or Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required for access to TS/SCI facilities, environments, and computer systems.\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree, preference for Information Technology, or related field (or 10+ years equivalent work experience)\n24 years of Appian development experience with an active Senior Appian Developer Certification.\n12 years leading Appian development teams.\nStrong understanding of BPM, SDLC, and Appian architecture.\nExperience with database/system integration and process automation.\nProficient in root cause analysis and Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).\nExcellent problemsolving, communication, and prioritization skills.\nAble to work independently, lead small teams, and communicate with leadership.\nIf needed, willing to perform work onsite\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAppian Certified Lead Developer or higher.\nExperience with Appian plugins, Web APIs, and external system integrations.\nFamiliarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.\nBackground in consulting or clientfacing roles.\nExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for Appian deployments.\nExperience with software development (.NET, Java, Visual Basic, C#, etc.).\nFamiliarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and UI/UX design\nFamiliarity with Appian Case Management\nEqual Employment Opportunity Statement\nHumanIT Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
