Find your future with us.\nBoeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a Senior Electrophysics Analyst to join the Phantom Works program in Berkeley, MO.\nWho We Are: Our Phantom Works team develops and integrates advanced Mission Systems components and technologies into functioning demonstration systems. This position will lead development of detailed electrophysics models for interferometry, beam-steering, geolocation, and other more advanced problems. The candidate should have familiarity with Computational Electromagnetics (CEM) tools, knowledge of Electronic Warfare to include advanced EA techniques, ES including interferometry and correlation-based DF as well as geolocation, and EP features of radars and radar waveforms. The candidate will work with the software team to create physics-based models for both mission planning and real-time calculations in embedded systems.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDevelop and validate requirements for unique communication, sensor, electronic warfare, and other electromagnetic systems and components\nDevelop architectures to integrate multiple systems into higher level systems and platforms\nLead the development of electrophysics models for interferometry, beam-steering, and geolocation\nLead the development of trade studies, modeling, simulation, and other forms of analysis to predict component and system performance and to optimize design around complex requirements\nDevelop new and improved modeling and simulation techniques\nLead the development and execution of critical tests to validate performance of designs to requirements\nManage appropriate aspects of critical supplier and partner performance to ensure requirements compliance\nSupport project management by supporting development of work statement, budget, schedule, and other required inputs and conducting appropriate reviews\nBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):\nBachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Electrical, Mechanical or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement\n14+ years of related work experience and a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience and technical education\nExperience with electrophysics modeling and analysis\nExperience with Computational Electromagnetics (CEM) tools\nPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):\nExperience developing solutions to a wide range of complex technical problems, requiring ingenuity and innovation\nExperience with avionics and/or mission systems\nConflict of Interest:\nSuccessful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.\nSigning Bonus:\nPotential signing bonus for eligible/qualified external candidates\nRelocation:\nThis position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
