Surgical Technician Orthopedics

We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technician to join our team at a fast-paced Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC). The Surgical Technician will assist surgeons, nurses, and other operating room staff in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care. The ideal candidate has strong sterile technique, excellent teamwork skills, and prior experience in an outpatient surgical environment.Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical proceduresSet up operating rooms with appropriate surgical instruments, supplies, and equipmentEnsure proper handling, counting, and documentation of surgical instruments and suppliesMaintain strict sterile technique and infection control standardsMonitor and maintain surgical instruments and equipmentCollaborate with nursing and surgical staff to ensure patient safety and quality outcomesCompletion of an accredited Surgical Technology programCertified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred2+ years of surgical technician experience, preferably in an ambulatory surgery center or operating roomKnowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniquesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysRetirement plan (401k)No nights, weekends, or major holidays (typical ASC schedule)
