Other duties may be assigned.\nRussell Ranch:\nKeeps clean the driveway and around the garage, barn and pump house using the weed eater and Roundup 2-3 times a year or as needed.\nPrunes roses at NE house 2 times a year and sprays roses to prevent disease.\nMows the lawn at NE house 2 times a month.\nSprays (kills) wasp nests as needed.\nPerforms tractor work as needed (grading, disking, mowing, etc.)\nRegular and predicable attendance is required.\nAbility to get along with and work effectively with others.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nPierce Ranch:\nMows lawns once a week and performs maintenance on mower to include changing the oil, sharpening the blades, etc.\nPrunes roses, sprays for disease to include roses at the PR rentals and dead heads roses once a week.\nFertilizes every 6 weeks.\nPrunes trellis (climbing roses) 2 times per year.\nTrims all tall grasses, cuts down branches and removes clippings.\nFertilizes all flower beds once a year, the lawn 2 times a year and sprays the lawn to kill Bermuda grass every month during the growing season.\nRakes lawn and hand waters as needed.\nMaintains flower bed sprinklers to ensure they are working properly and replaces sprinkles as needed.\nAssist Housekeeper with light maintenance to include keeping light timers on schedule and changing bulbs as necessary.\nKeeps the driveway clean to include blowing once a week or as needed in the autumn until leaves have all fallen, sprays weeds using weed eater and Roundup, trims branches from trees and blackberry.\nSprays or uses hoe to kill all new CA Oak trees from fallen acorns.\nSprays grasses by the irrigation ditch, the road by pasture, the fields and outside the garden by the sheep pasture.\nWaters the wind blocker plants and the orange trees in the orchard.\nUses weed eater to keep back road clean and sprays Roundup as needed 3-4 times a year.\nKeeps the garden storage area clean and debris free.\nExercises golf cart and performs regular maintenance to include batteries and water levels.\nPerforms routine maintenance on the truck to include checking fluids and tire pressure every 2 weeks, changing the oil and taking the truck in for repairs as needed.\nOpens the gate for the garbage truck 4 days a week and locks the gate once finished.\nBuys needed supplies on way home.\nSprays (kills) wasp nests around ranch, including rentals, as needed.\nFixes water leaks around property as needed.\nAssists with putting gopher bait out.\nWashes the fountain south of gazebo once a week.\nCuts and edges before using the riding mower.\nWeeds all flower beds as needed.\nHome Ranch:\nWaters all rose beds by solar clock, entry driveway, fountain and lawn between rose beds.\nPerforms basic watering on Monday and Friday.\nWeeds rose beds, dead heads roses once a week and keeps rose beds clean of debris.\nRakes leaves as needed.\nUses the edger to rim along the entry once or twice a month.\nPrunes the Japanese Box Wood as needed and waters once a week.\nConstructs new boxes for roses by the pump.\nFertilizes rose bushes every 6 weeks.\nFertilizes all lawns once a year.\nSprays Roundup around the rose beds, gravel or uses the hoe and rake to keep are clean.\nWashes duck pond once a week year round.\nChanges the oil and performs maintenance on the small mower and riding mower 2-3 times a year as well as sharpens mower blades and edger blades as needed.\nAssists CAFF as needed.\nSprays fungicide to prevent diseases as needed on all roses.\nKeeps lawn valves and sprinkler working and performance maintenance as necessary.\nPrunes all roses, fruit trees and grape vines annually and hauls away all brush.\nSprays peach trees and grape vines with sulfur.\nSprays apple and pear trees for Fire blight.\nSprays nut grasses around rose beds.\nMows lawn at HR trailer, water and weeds as necessary.\nPurchase all supplies needed on way home.\nSupervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory duties.\nMeasures of Performance: The Landscaper shall be considered to be performing in an acceptable manner when the following have been accomplished:\nProblem Solving – Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner;
