You will serve as a\ncentral point of coordination between internal stakeholders, logistics providers,\nwarehouses, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of logistics\nprograms and operational initiatives.\nThis role is responsible for coordinating order fulfillment activities, supporting new\nprogram onboarding, developing operational reporting and dashboards, managing project\ndeliverables, and driving visibility across logistics operations. The Program Coordinator will\nleverage data, analytics, and process management to support decision-making, improve\noperational performance, and ensure successful delivery of business objectives.\nThis is a hybrid position that combines onsite operational support with remote\nadministrative responsibilities. Regular onsite presence is required to support daily\nbusiness operations and team collaboration.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProgram Coordination & Operational Support\n• Coordinate day-to-day logistics programs and operational activities across multiple\nregions and stakeholders.\n• Support the onboarding and implementation of new programs, products, and\noperational initiatives.\n• Coordinate cross-functional activities required for operational readiness, including\nlogistics, inventory, systems, reporting, and process documentation.\n• Monitor program performance and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as\nneeded.\n\nOrder Control & Fulfillment Coordination\n• Support global Order Control activities to ensure customer orders are processed\naccurately and fulfilled on time.\n• Monitor order status, inventory availability, and fulfillment activities to identify\npotential risks or delays.\n• Partner with logistics teams, warehouses, and stakeholders to resolve order-related\nissues.\n• Coordinate priority shipments and fulfillment activities to meet business\nrequirements and service commitments.\n\nLogistics & Fulfillment Execution\n• Execute daily logistics transactions, including standard parcel, air freight, ocean\nfreight, and white-glove shipments.\n• Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics\nservice providers.\n• Obtain and validate required trade compliance, customs, and dangerous goods\n(DG) documentation.\n• Provide shipping instructions to internal stakeholders and external logistics\npartners.\n• Monitor end-to-end shipment activity and ensure timely execution against\nestablished service levels.\n• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve shipment exceptions, including delays,\ncustoms holds, delivery failures, and claims.\n• Respond to customer inquiries by providing shipment status updates and logistics\nprocess guidance.\n• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities while maintaining accurate\nshipment records.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management\n• Serve as a primary point of contact between logistics operations and internal\ncustomers, project teams, procurement, manufacturing, and other cross\nfunctional stakeholders.\n• Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight\nforwarders, carriers, and vendors.\n• Support supplier and vendor onboarding activities, including process\nimplementation and operational readiness.\n• Monitor logistics partner performance against agreed service levels and contractual\nobligations.\n• Escalate service issues and work collaboratively with vendors to drive corrective\nactions and continuous improvement.\n• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure\noperational success.\n\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\n• Minimum of two years' experience in program coordination, logistics operations,\nsupply chain, project coordination, or business operations.\n• Experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and operational analytics.\n• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools.\n• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced\nenvironment.\n• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to\ndetail.\n• Ability to analyze operational data and translate findings into actionable\nrecommendations.\n• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across\nmultiple teams and functions.\n• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, action items, and deliverables from\ninitiation through completion.\n\nDESIRABLE CRITERIA:\n• Experience supporting logistics, fulfillment, order management, or supply chain\noperations.\n• Experience onboarding new programs, products, or operational services.\n• Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud, Order Control Tower, AfterShip, Power BI,\nTableau, Looker, or similar reporting platforms.\n• Knowledge of transportation, inventory management, fulfillment operations, and\nlogistics processes.\n• Experience with process mapping, SOP development, and continuous improvement\nmethodologies.\n• Experience supporting global operations across multiple regions and time zones.\n\nThe EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
