Project Coordinator - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by collaborating with recruiters to schedule interviews, maintain recruiting data, and create and distribute offer packages. The ideal candidate will be highly organized with a keen eye for detail, capable of multitasking in a demanding environment while providing an excellent candidate experience.Responsibilities:Coordinate each stage of the candidate experience, including interview scheduling/follow-up notifications, creating and distributing offer package materials as well as some aspects of the pre-employment processProvide exceptional client service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire hiring processPoint of contact for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and external agencies for all interview scheduling and offer packagesDraft offer letters in our Applicant Tracking System requiring meticulous attention to detailMaintain data integrity of recruiting system as well as Internet and social media recruitmentMaintain interview scheduling data in an excel trackerParticipate in Recruiting and HR related projects on an ad hoc basisRequirements:0-1 year of experience in a corporate environment whether it be full-time experience or internship experienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field of studyStrong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPointStrong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with individuals at all levels, including communication (verbal and written), emotional intelligence and cultural intelligenceExcellent attention to detailDue to the nature of the high/constant volume of the role, the individual must apply effective problem solving, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritization skillsDemonstrates the highest standards of ethics, integrity, honesty, and discretionAbility to prioritize, plan and execute projects and individual tasksAbility to effectively learn, articulate and promote the brand to potential candidatesBuild strong relationships with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholdersDesired skills:Knowledge of any applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruiting system is a plusPay range up to: $25.08 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
