Preschool Lead Teacher

North Cascade Child Development Center is a faith based childcare center seeking the right person/people to join our team. We are currently hiring for Lead teachers (am/pm), float teachers, break teachers and substitute teachers. First and for most we are looking for candidates who have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and are comfortable sharing that love with children. Demonstrate an understanding of the developmental needs of children and families. Be a positive role model and demonstrate good judgment and abide by program rules. Supervise and assure proper safety for a group of children. Communicates with and maintains positive relationships with families. REQUIRMENTS: Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or a GED. Have experience working with children 1-12 years of age. (NOT BABYSITTING) Child development knowledge and experience preferred. Must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
