Vice President of Delivery

A company is looking for a Vice President, Delivery (Remote). Key Responsibilities Develop and drive the enterprise delivery strategy aligned with company goals Create and maintain delivery frameworks and governance standards for consistent outcomes Lead, mentor, and develop leaders and their teams to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in delivery, operations, consulting, program management, or related areas 7+ years of leadership experience managing Director-level leaders or equivalent senior managers Demonstrated success in leading large, matrixed delivery organizations In-depth knowledge of delivery methodologies and best practice frameworks Experience in SaaS, technology, consulting, healthcare, or similarly complex delivery environments
