Prepare interior surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools and airless paint spraying equipment for smooth, even coverage Perform plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and restoration work to enhance surface durability and aesthetics Use power tools and hand tools efficiently for sanding, scraping, taping, and finishing work on various surfaces Execute renovation projects involving framing, drywall installation, masonry touch-ups, and fixture installation as needed Maintain safety protocols on construction sites while managing multiple tasks such as concrete finishing, masonry repairs, and industrial painting Extensive experience in residential and commercial interior painting with a strong understanding of construction estimating processes Knowledge of color theory to select appropriate hues that complement design goals Proficiency in using hand tools like brushes, rollers, scrapers, caulking guns and power tools including airless sprayers and welding equipment Skilled in plastering, stucco application, restoration techniques, and renovation processes Familiarity with construction site safety standards and maintenance procedures Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for accurate work planning Experience with carpentry (trim carpentry & frame carpentry), masonry (masonry & concrete finishing), welding & fixture installation Handyman experience beneficial for troubleshooting various repair needs during projects Join our team if you're eager to showcase your advanced painting skills while working on impactful projects that transform spaces!
