{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"612c0f2bec07628ed9f7b1fb","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/612c0f2bec07628ed9f7b1fb","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/612c0f2bec07628ed9f7b1fb","title":"OPERATOR/ASSEMBLER (PA2025)","description":"Job Description\n\nLocation: Westfield, IN (Onsite)Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMContract Duration: Through August 2, 2027Join Our Team!We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals for an Operator I opportunity with a leading medical device manufacturer in Westfield, IN.This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have excellent attention to detail, and want to help manufacture life-saving medical devices in a clean, quality-driven environment.Job Responsibilities:Assemble, repair, and test medical device components, including pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related products.Follow detailed work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing specifications.Handle and assemble small components with precision and accuracy.Maintain accurate production and quality documentation to ensure product traceability.Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.Communicate production issues, ideas, and solutions with supervisors and team members.Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area while meeting quality and productivity goals.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required.Manufacturing, assembly, production, or medical device experience is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.Basic computer skills and ability to work with electronic documentation systems.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and assemble small components.Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work.Cleanroom & Dress Code Requirements:This position is performed in a regulated medical device manufacturing environment.
