In this role, you will be responsible for building, inspecting, and testing complex cable assemblies, performing soldering—especially cable/connector soldering—and conducting various in-process inspections to ensure product quality. You’ll set up and operate equipment, tools, and fixtures to prepare cable components according to detailed specifications, while supporting quality assurance through root cause analysis and thorough documentation of all processes and results.\n\nThis position requires hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, soldering skills (with bonus certification like J-STD), and the ability to work with technical drawings and test equipment. You need to be detail-oriented, with strong record-keeping skills, and familiar with working with small, precise components.
