Our growth creates opportunity for advancement, leadership visibility, and long-term career development while maintaining the supportive, close-knit environment that sets us apart.\n\nIf you're ready to grow your career while supporting important national missions, we'd love to connect with you.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nSupport mission-critical programs in secure government environments\n\nAnalyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results\n\nEnsure compliance with contract and security standards\n\nContribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance\n\nWork directly with signals analysis, preferably related to communications signals (e.g., bitstream analysis, waveform analysis, protocol analysis), network troubleshooting, network traffic characterization, and/or network security analysis.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph\n\nExperience supporting government or DoD programs\n\nAbility to work independently and within a collaborative team environment\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nRelevant experience must be in a signals analysis, waveform analysis, network troubleshooting, network traffic characterizations, and/or network security analysis\n\nDoctoral Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.\n\nMaster's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience.\n\nBachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience.\n\nAssociates degree with 10 years of relevant experience.\n\nHS diploma or GED with 12 years of experience will be considered for those who have completed one of the following military training courses: 451 (Intermediate Signals Analysis) or 452 (Advanced Signals Analysis) or who have participated in or graduated from the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program (MCSAP).\n\nBachelor'sDegree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or related technical field.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nRelevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, PMP, AWS, etc.)\n\nAgile, cloud, or modernization experience\n\nBackground in process improvement or analytical services\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nThe projected salary range for this position is $164,900-$183,200 , dependent upon experience, qualifications, and contract requirements.\n\nWe offer a competitive benefits package designed to support you both professionally and personally.\n\nLearn more about our comprehensive benefits here: https://weeghmanandbriggs.com/summary-of-employee-benefits/\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nWeeghman & Briggs is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
