This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international trade, data analytics, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.\r\nThe intern will support critical business activities related to import data management, data reconciliation, broker coordination, and data quality improvement initiatives. In addition, the intern will contribute to ongoing analytics and process optimization projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and data accuracy across the organization.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nSupport the collection, validation, and reconciliation of import and trade-related data from multiple sources.\r\nAssist with data gathering, cleansing, and analysis activities to improve data quality and reporting accuracy.\r\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to obtain missing documentation and resolve data discrepancies.\r\nSupport initiatives focused on improving data integration, reporting processes, and operational workflows.\r\nPerform data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvements.\r\nAssist with ongoing data and analytics projects supporting business reporting and operational decision-making.\r\nCreate and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.\r\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, efficiency, and data governance.\r\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic business objectives.\r\nPrepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.\r\nMinimum GPA of 3.0.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.\r\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or Python.\r\nInterest in supply chain, logistics, international business, or operational analytics.\r\nExperience working with large datasets and performing data validation activities.\r\nFamiliarity with process improvement methodologies and documentation practices.\r\nIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
