This individual will play a critical role in supporting data migration efforts, analyzing source system data, developing migration plans, creating migration objects, and ensuring the successful transformation and validation of enterprise asset data within a Maximo environment.The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with data migration, ETL processes, SQL databases, and Maximo data structures. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of working independently while collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure migration activities align with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesMonitor data migration workstreams and coordinate activities across project teams.Analyze source system architecture, legacy data, and business requirements to support migration planning.Assist in the development and execution of enterprise data migration strategies.Create and maintain data mapping documentation and migration specifications.Support the creation and maintenance of Maximo migration objects and workflows.Execute data migration, transformation, cleansing, and validation activities.Perform data quality reviews and reconciliation efforts.Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance throughout migration processes.Support database performance and data management activities across multiple environments.Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and stakeholders to resolve data issues and migration dependencies.Document migration processes, data governance standards, and best practices.Support testing, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience, orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field with 3+ years of relevant experience.5+ years of experience supporting data management, migration, optimization, or analytics initiatives.3+ years of experience supporting data governance and enterprise data management standards.Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.Strong experience with:IBM Maximo / Maximo Application Suite (MAS)Data migration and data conversion activitiesETL tools and methodologiesSQL Server or similar relational databasesData quality and validation processesMicrosoft Excel and Microsoft WordStrong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting federal or highly regulated organizations.Experience working within AWS, IBM Cloud, or similar cloud environments.Maximo Deployment Professional certification.Experience creating Maximo custom objects and workflows.Experience serving as a technical liaison, workstream lead, or project coordinator.Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementations.Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
