Applicants must have welding experience and be able to pass a weld test. We offer an in-house certification program, along with on-the-job and cross-training opportunities. This is a great chance to grow and develop in a company with room for advancement.\nRegular schedule for the position is Monday – Thursday, 5:00 am – 3:30 pm. Fridays are occasionally worked.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nThe role involves welding and/or grinding to support the production line, working as part of a team to produce safes. Responsibilities include moving between areas as needed, loading/unloading steel, verifying part dimensions, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The position requires the ability to operate all machines if needed, meet daily production goals, perform preventive maintenance on equipment, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
