Job Title : Full Stack .Net Developer / .Net Developer Location : 201 West Jefferson, Phoenix, AZ 85003 Duration : 12 Months (Temp-to-Hire) Description: The Senior Developer designs, develops, and maintains complex software systems while translating architectural designs into scalable implementations. This role involves solving advanced technical problems, supporting production systems, and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications using .NET, Angular, SQL Server Build and support SSRS and Power BI reports Translate architecture into implementation and guide team members Troubleshoot, test, deploy, and support applications in production Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers Use source control and follow Agile development practices Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Angular Knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and performance tuning Experience with Docker, microservices, and modern architecture patterns Familiarity with integration tools (SignalR, IBM MQ, SOAP APIs) Experience in legacy modernization (AngularJS/.NET Framework to modern stack) Understanding of security (JWT, SSO) and API design Hands-on with Git/TFVC and CI/CD practices Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field 3+ years of software development experience (including .NET/web development)
