Cashier/Retail Sales Associate -All Locations

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our products while maintaining a neat and organized store environment. Education: High School Diploma or pursuit of (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications: Must be of Christian faith. Tasks: Smile and warmly greet all customers and guests. Assist customers as needed. Maintain all areas in a neat and orderly fashion. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Receive donations. Sort items and organize for display. Organize, clean, and maintain floor displays. Check that all electrical items are in working order. Minister to and provide encouragement and prayer to guests as opportunities arise. May be required to use cash register and credit card equipment to process customer transactions. Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive working environment. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Physical and Other Requirements: Must have reliable transportation. This position is required to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Must be able to pass the pre-employment physical, drug test and background check based on the job description.
