We partner with providers, payers, and patients to improve outcomes, enhance medication safety, and support whole-person care through compliant, patient-centered virtual services.Role SummaryThe Patient Enrollment Specialist plays a critical role in connecting eligible patients to PharmD Live's clinical programs. This is a high-impact, remote role focused on patient education, enrollment, and care coordination. The ideal candidate is confident, empathetic, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment with high outbound call volume.This role requires the ability to clearly articulate program value, address patient concerns, and successfully complete enrollment, often within a single interaction while maintaining professionalism, compliance, and patient trust.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound and inbound calls to educate patients on CCM, RPM, and related clinical programsClearly explain program benefits, eligibility, consent, and expectationsSuccessfully enroll patients during live interactions while addressing objections and questionsScheduling & Care CoordinationSchedule patient appointments with clinical pharmacists and care teamsEnsure smooth handoffs between enrollment and clinical operationsCommunication & Follow-UpRespond promptly to patient inquiries via phone, voicemail, and emailCommunicate with provider offices and insurance representatives as needed to support enrollmentDocumentation & ComplianceAccurately document all patient interactions in accordance with CMS, HIPAA, and internal quality standardsEnsure consent, eligibility, and enrollment data are complete and audit-readyCollaboration & PerformancePartner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and quality teamsMeet or exceed enrollment, call volume, and quality benchmarksParticipate in training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or patient-facing environment (required)At least 2 years of medical billing experience, with working knowledge of healthcare workflows (required)3 or more years of experience in a physician office or medical clinic setting (required)3+ years of medical clinic experience with demonstrated performance and reliability (required)Prior sales or enrollment experience in healthcare or related industries (preferred)High school diploma or equivalent (required); college coursework in healthcare, business, or a related field is a plusCore CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust with patients and clinical staffExcellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailProven ability to perform in fast-paced, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to manage priorities independently#J-18808-Ljbffr
