Line Production II
This is a ALT shift position (7:30pm - 6:00am) Monday - Thursday
Starting rate of $18.00/hr + $2.00 shift differential
This position is focused on processor duties.
Job Summary:
Effectively produce top quality goods in a timely manner in accordance with SQF standards. Performs daily production duties as instructed by supervisor such as checking in scratch formulas and breakdown items, consistently operates at least 1 of the packaging machines in production or proficient in spice weighing, picking and/or receiving. May be cross trained to perform additional production functions. Flexible to change and works well in a group/team setting. Consistently follows all GMP’s, SOPs, safety, quality and record keeping standards.
Processor Responsibilities
Responsible for food safety
Trained to mix, blend, and check ingredients
Operate forklift
Complete tasks assigned by supervisor
Report any inferior ingredients or raw materials to QA, R&D or Mfg. Mgr.
Clean and sanitize all equipment as instructed
Follow written and verbal instructions and recipes
Willing to be trained in all areas of operation
Other duties as assigned
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
Responsible for food safety
Trained Machine Operator
Complete tasks assigned by supervisor
Report any inferior ingredients or raw materials to QA, R&D or Mfg. Mgr.
Clean and sanitize all equipment as instructed
Follow written and verbal instructions and recipes
Willing to be trained in all areas of operation
Other duties as assigned
Laborer Responsibilities:
Perform heavy lifting consistently of up to 60lbs
Operate forklift
Report any inferior ingredients or raw materials to QA, R&D or Mfg. Mgr.
Clean and sanitize all equipment as instructed
Follow written and verbal instructions and recipes
Willing to be trained in all areas of operation
Other duties as assigned

Picking Supplies
Inventory Activities
Position Supplies
Forklift Trained
