Our team’s workflow uses established template frameworks and automated processes to improve speed and efficiency, but every project still requires thoughtful customization and a strong creative eye. You will be responsible for turning client requirements into polished, conversion-focused websites while maintaining a consistent level of quality across design, branding, and user experience.\n\nThis is a freelance position with ongoing work based on project availability, performance, quality, and turnaround time. We are looking for dependable developers and designers who can become long-term creative partners as our project volume continues to grow.\n\n*What You'll Work On:*\n\n* Customizing template-based frameworks to create unique, professional website designs\n* Creating and refining logos, promotional graphics, and other website assets\n* Performing basic video editing and preparing video content for websites\n* Developing cohesive visual branding across each project\n* Structuring pages with effective UI/UX principles\n* Ensuring websites are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile\n* Working efficiently across multiple client projects while meeting project requirements and deadlines\n\n*Platforms:*\n\nWe build our websites inside our own platform, so training will be provided. Previous web design experience is highly preferred, but we are also interested in developers with experience using:\n\n* _Wix_\n* _Shopify_\n* _Other major website-building platforms_\n\nAdditional Platforms: Canva, Veo3, ChatGPT/Gemini, WeVideo, Google Suite.\n\nNote: Back-end development and advanced WordPress development skills are not required.\n\n*What We're Looking For:*\n\n* A strong eye for graphic design\n* A clear understanding of effective UI/UX design\n* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines\n* Clear, consistent, and timely communication with Dev Leads regarding project challenges, technical issues, and collaborations/revisions.\n* Experience with AI content generation, video editing, and/or copywriting is also preferred.\n\n*How to Apply:*\n\nPlease submit:\n\n* A brief 1–2 paragraph cover letter summarizing your relevant experience and the platforms you’ve worked with the most.\n* A portfolio of recent web design or graphic design work.
