New Jersey Licensed Telephonic Case Manager
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled persons
Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and determine the nature of their injuries
Independently manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for customers
Required Qualifications
Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
Active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in good standing required
Reliable internet access is necessary
Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email are required
