This position is multi-faceted and supports the site management team in a variety of duties including ensuring all callers, visitors and residents are greeted in a friendly and informative manner.$18-20/hourlyWhat you'll accomplish:Greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, and directing callsNoting accurate messages and directing them appropriatelyOperating and maintaining office equipmentDrafting and proofreading a variety of association documents including maintenance work ordersAssisting owners with coordinating resident-hosted eventsUpdating the association's website and calendarReceiving, preparing and delivering mail, packages and dry cleaningPerforming other administrative duties as neededWhat we're looking for:Customer service experience, knowledge of homeowner association operations preferredExcellent telephone manner, with a commitment to the highest customer service possibleAbility to communicate effectivelyA dynamic, professional individual with a strong sense of organization and attention to detailComputer skills with an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word and ExcelMust have a valid driver's license in the state of employmentFlexibility to work after-hours and weekends at community events as neededMust pass a pre-employment drug screen and background checkIf driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 30 pounds.Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment.
