Nurse Practitioner - Mobile Wound Care

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our mobile wound care team, providing patient-centered services across various settings in southern Illinois.Perform on-site wound assessments, treatments, and debridements.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans.Document visits accurately in EMR systems and monitor patient progress.Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention.Ensure compliance with regulations and stay current with wound care advancements.Qualifications include an Illinois NP license (preferred in Missouri), certification in Adult-Gerontology, Family, or Acute Care, and a valid driver’s license.
