Operational Leadership & Execution\n\nSupport the General Manager in overseeing daily park operations across attractions, rides, games, food & beverage, retail, and events.\nAct as Manager-on-Duty, ensuring seamless park operations, especially during peak periods, weekends, and special events.\nConduct regular walkthroughs to monitor safety, cleanliness, service quality, and operational efficiency.\nEnsure adherence to all SOPs including ride operations, food safety, cash handling, and emergency procedures.\nAssist in planning and execution of seasonal operations, special events, and high-volume days.\n\n2. Guest Experience & Service Excellence\n\nChampion a guest-first culture by modeling exceptional service standards.\nActively engage with guests on the floor to resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance the overall experience.\nSupport implementation of guest satisfaction programs and service quality metrics.\nEnsure a safe, clean, and fun environment across all guest touchpoints.\nPartner with marketing and events teams to deliver engaging guest experiences and promotions.\n\n3. Financial Performance & Cost Control\n\nSupport P&L performance by managing daily revenue drivers and controlling operational expenses.\nAssist in analyzing financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.\nHelp manage labor scheduling, inventory control, and cost efficiencies across departments.\nEnsure proper use and maintenance of POS, ticketing, and inventory systems.\nDrive initiatives to increase per-cap spending and overall park profitability.\n\n4. Team Leadership & Development\n\nLead, coach, and support department managers and supervisors to achieve operational goals.\nAssist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training team members.\nFoster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and guest service.\nSupport performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.\nBuild bench strength by implementing robust training and development programs across all departments.\nPromote an inclusive and positive work environment with high levels of morale and retention.\n\n5. Facility, Safety & Compliance\n\nSupport oversight of ride safety inspections, maintenance schedules, and facility upkeep.\nEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and labor laws.\nCoordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, maintenance, and improvements.\nAssist in emergency preparedness planning and staff training.\nPromote a strong culture of safety and risk management throughout the park.\n\n6.
