Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related STEM field2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical rolesProficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL for querying and validating dataExposure to Snowflake, Python, machine learning, or AI solutionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with stakeholdersResponsibilitiesPrepare, analyze, validate, and visualize complex data sets for reports, dashboards, and AI solutionsDevelop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using Power BI and ExcelTranslate business questions into analytical approaches, including defining measures and data requirementsSupport solution design through exploratory analysis and data visualizationLead or assist with requirements gathering, data validation, testing, and deployment activitiesMonitor data quality, investigate errors, and collaborate on corrective actionsDocument data governance elements such as key fields, lineage, and controlsPartner with business and technical teams to prioritize needs and communicate findingsProvide technical guidance, peer review, and mentorship to analystsNextPath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
