IT Logistics Driver

This role is essential to maintaining the flow of critical IT assets that support daily business operations. You will play a key role in ensuring deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule while maintaining strong communication with both warehouse teams and on-site stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Transportation & DeliverySafely operate a delivery vehicle along a designated “milk run” route to multiple work sites Transport IT equipment securely, ensuring damage-free delivery and handlingLoad and unload equipment with care, following proper handling proceduresAdhere to delivery schedules and ensure timely pickups and drop-offVehicle Maintenance Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safetyReport any maintenance or safety concerns promptlyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle Communication & CoordinationCoordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate and complete order loadingCommunicate professionally with on-site personnel during deliveriesReport delays, issues, or schedule changes to the logistics coordinator in a timely mannerDocumentation & TrackingMaintain accurate records of delivered, transferred, and returned IT equipmentComplete delivery documentation, receipts, and logbooks accurately and on timeEnsure proper chain-of-custody and tracking of all assetsCompliance & SafetyAdhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practicesFollow company protocols for handling, transporting, and securing IT equipmentParticipate in ongoing safety and compliance training as requiredESSENTIAL CRITERIA:Valid driver’s license with a clean driving recordPrevious experience in logistics, delivery, or transportationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh level of reliability, punctuality, and accountabilityPhysical ability to lift and move IT equipment safelyCustomer-service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanorDESIRABLE CRITERIA:Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsExperience handling or transporting IT equipmentBasic understanding of IT hardware and terminologyExperience with route optimization and multi-stop delivery schedules The EOS pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
