Our technicians are the face of our organization and the first contact a client has after a traumatic situation, which is why our Technician Apprentices need to have good customer service and be willing to help others.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nHandle any issues caused by water damage and remove and replace damaged materials\n\nResponsible for setting up air movers, dehumidifiers, and HEPA air scrubbers to restore damaged property\n\nWork closely with the management team to ensure customers are well taken care of\n\nCommunicate in a friendly and professional manner with teammates and customers\n\nFollow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and a professional image\n\nDrive a company vehicle to and from job sites while following all state traffic laws and company policies\n\nDocument drying progress using a phone or tablet\n\nQualifications\n\nAbility to lift 50 lbs. or more\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required\n\nValid driver’s license\n\nAbility to Pass a Drug Screen\n\nClear Criminal Background\n\nMust be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays\n\nDry Force opened its doors in 2003 with the mindset that we wanted to help people in one of their greatest times of need.
