The Program Supervisor assists the Divisional Director in developing and implementing services for HRHC, including supervision of the development, operation, and management of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking services.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSupervises assigned program staff, volunteers, and interns (if Supervisor has appropriate licensure) in the day‑to‑day implementation of program services; interprets and implements state regulations.\n\nCoordinates and assists in the recruitment, training, supervision, and retention of program staff. Interviewing and hiring of staff is done in coordination with the Division Director.\n\nOversees the daily administration of the 24‑hour telephone hotline and ensures hotline coverage requirements.\n\nAssures the high standards and continuity of services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.\n\nDelegates direct services and assigns Advocates to cases.\n\nParticipates in service planning, implementation of program goals and in carrying out the activities of the program.\n\nKnows and carries out Agency policies and procedures; assists the Division Director develop, and revise program policies and procedures as needed; ensures that Program Policy and Procedures Manual is current.\n\nCompletes and updates all required written reports and records, statistics and case files as required.\n\nOversees the HRHC Advocates in coordination, development, and implementation of crime victim services.\n\nQualifications\n\nMaster’s degree in public administration, social work, or related field and five (5) years’ experience.\n\nPrior supervisory experience required, demonstrating progressive responsibility, accountability, and ability to develop and implement community‑based programs.\n\nMust have a valid New York State driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.\n\nPay Rate\n$62,610 annually\n\nEqual Opportunity Employment\nLiberty Resources is committed to creating a diverse inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
