An Instructional Strategist I: Mild/Moderate K-8 or 5-12 endorsement is preferred, but a conditional or emergency license will also be strongly considered.West Delaware has a student enrollment of approximately 1,400 students in grades PK-12. We have three attendance centers: Lambert Elementary serving PK-4, West Delaware Middle School serving 5-8, and West Delaware High School serving 9-12. Our district has PLC time scheduled every Wednesday starting at 1:30 and our school district is 1:1 using Chromebooks. Lambert Elementary and the Middle School are located on one campus. Both schools are PBIS schools that also have a focus on social emotional well-being of all of our students and staff.
