This role maps current and future state processes, assesses the scope of operational change, develops structured training plans, and ensures effective adoption of new workflows. With a focus on operational systems and process training, the position partners closely with teams across AP, AR, field timesheet reporting, safety, and related data/reporting functions to ensure business units are fully prepared for successful integration and system adoption.\r\nLead discovery sessions with acquired business units to document current-state processes, systems, handoffs, and pain points.\r\nCreate future-state workflows aligned to EIS standards and identify gaps, risks, and local process differences.\r\nEvaluate the level of change for each business unit, process, and user group to support training and readiness planning.\r\nDevelop and maintain a documented training plan for each integration, including training audience, timing and sequence, training method, role-based content, job aids, and reinforcement needs.\r\nCoordinate closely with functional teams supporting Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, field timesheet reporting, safety reporting and compliance, and other key operational systems and workflows.\r\nBuild training materials, quick reference guides, process maps, and simple user-facing documentation.\r\nLead training sessions for business unit employees, including office staff, field leaders, and end users.\r\nSupport system go-lives through readiness checks, issue tracking, end-user support, and hypercare coordination.\r\nPartner with integration leaders, functional leads, and business unit leadership to identify adoption risks and resolve readiness issues before go-live.\r\nTrack training completion, user readiness, adoption concerns, and post-go-live support actions.\r\nRecommend improvements to EIS integration templates, onboarding methods, and standard process documentation.\r\nHelp create a repeatable and scalable approach for operational onboarding and training across all EIS integrations and existing business units.\r\nPhysical activities: Sitting, typing, and working on a computer for extended periods. Occasionally lifting or carrying office materials weighing up to 20 pounds. Frequent travel to different business units, requiring regular travel by car and commercial planes.\r\nPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE): N/A\r\nSafety Sensitive: N/A\r\nTravel: Up to 70%\r\nMinimum Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in operations, systems training, process improvement, implementation or integration support, along with demonstrated experience documenting current- and future-state workflows, delivering end-user training, and supporting go-live readiness and post-go-live activities. S trong understanding of cross-functional operational processes across office and field environments, as well as strong communication , facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and effectively collaborate with and influence teams across functions.\r\nPreferred Skill Set : E xperience with systems such as Acumatica, Deltek , Field Flo, and HubSpot, as well as a background in environmental services, construction, electrical or industrial services, utilities, or other field service environments. Candidates with experience supporting acquisition integrations, onboarding, or business unit transitions are highly valued, particularly those who have trained both office-based and field-based employees. Familiarity with operational workflows such as billing support, collections, job costing, field reporting, safety processes, estimating, and service operations is also preferred, along with experience working in multi-site or decentralized organizations.
