Consumer Compliance Manager
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time salaried Consumer Compliance Manager will manage compliance risk across products, processes, and customer interactions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies while collaborating with business and compliance partners.
Key responsibilitiesAct as a compliance risk advisor to front-line business teams, ensuring understanding and adherence to regulatory obligations
Support the execution of compliance risk assessments and ongoing monitoring activities within the business unit
Partner with operations, product, and technology teams to design and enhance controls that mitigate regulatory and operational risksRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related discipline
3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or control-related roles in financial services
Working knowledge of key U.S. banking regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, Fair Lending, Privacy)
Experience supporting compliance or operational risk within a business or first line of function
