Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach, our research explores how experience-induced genetic programs establish connections between experiences and synaptic modifications within neural circuits, ultimately driving persistent behavioral changes. This technician would provide research support for projects supporting these aims. Oversee general laboratory matters, including the management of lab supplies and equipment, Maintain and manage transgenic mouse colonies, Keep track of lab adeno-associated virus (AAV) inventory, maintain lab plasmid inventory, prepare and manage common stocks of lab reagents.Highly desirable qualifications include experience in molecular biology and cloning, as well as proficiency in cell culture techniques.
