In this role, you will play a crucial part in contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional products.\nPrimary Duties & Responsibilities:\nOperate CNC lathe machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nAdjust tool offsets, replace and touch off new tools as needed\nFollow operating procedures as well as recommend improvements\nAbility to troubleshoot effectively to avoid machine downtime\nAbility to perform a sequence of operations with little supervision and consistently maintain established quantity and quality performance levels\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products\nMaintain a clean and safe work area.\nTake an active role in the ISO Quality Management System\nReceive training as required to maintain Quality System\nPerform light preventative maintenance on machine\nOther duties as required\nHours:\nFull-time position; Monday – Friday\n2nd shift hours; 3pm – 11:30pm\nNOTE: Training during 1st shift (6:30am – 3pm), for at least 2 weeks\nJob Requirements and Qualifications:\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to lift, load and move materials\nMust be able to stand for long periods of time\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nGood communication and people skills\nGeneral math skills\nAbility to follow instructions\nWillingness to learn\nDetail-oriented\nMust be reliable\nIntegrity is essential\nBenefits:\nHealth insurance (100% Premium Paid – Employee-Only Coverage)\nDental insurance (100% Premium Paid – Employee-Only Coverage)\nVision insurance (100% Premium Paid – Employee-Only Coverage)\nOpportunity to accrue paid time off (PTO)\nSimple IRA (Up to 3% Employer Match)\nCompetitive starting pay based on experience, with pay review opportunities as you master new machinery and shop capabilities.\nJoin us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to precision craftsmanship!
