HR Change Management Advisor

Our client, a global leader in manufacturing , is seeking a dedicated Change Management Advisor to join their team, working a hybrid schedule, in Nutley, NJ. As a Change Management Advisor, you will be part of the Organizational Change Management department supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Change Management AdvisorLocation: Nutley, New Jersey (Hybrid Schedule)Pay Range: $200/HR + BenefitsContract Duration: 9-Months W2 Contract (No C2C)Job Function Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies across multiple transformation waves. Provide quality assurance for all change management deliverables, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. Act as the primary escalation point for complex change challenges, resistance, or delivery risks. Collaborate with senior leadership to embed change management thinking into future initiatives and organizational practices. Coach and support change management leads and facilitate cross-team alignment to maintain momentum and share best practices. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, or large-scale Transformation roles. Proven experience managing complex, multi-country transformation programs. Strong ability to influence and work effectively with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders. Experience designing and implementing change management frameworks, playbooks, and governance models.
